As we expand our technology team, we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join us. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and scaling our AI-powered platform, working on exciting technologies like large language models (LLMs), and text-to-speech (TTS) systems.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Software Development: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of key components in our voice-driven AI platform using Python and C#.

     

  • Voice Technology: Help incorporate text-to-speech (TTS) platforms and other voice technologies into the product, ensuring high-quality voice interactions that improve user experience.

     

  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and other engineers. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to ensure high-quality code and development practices.

  • Performance and Scalability: Focus on optimizing code performance and system scalability, ensuring that our AI platform handles large amounts of data and traffic efficiently.

     

  • Innovative Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute innovative solutions that improve the product and the overall user experience.

     

  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Follow and enforce best practices in software development, including writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that solutions meet high standards for quality.

Senior Software Engineer

Requirements
 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building and scaling distributed systems and AI-driven platforms.  A clear and demonstrable understanding of computer science fundamentals, object oriented software development and best-practice architectural patterns
     

  • Proficiency in Key Technologies: deep experience in cloud native software development on major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a proven track record in production quality development in C, C++, or  C#
     

  • Voice Technology: Experience working with text-to-speech (TTS) platforms or other voice technologies is a plus.
     

  • Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
     

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical problems and deliver effective solutions.
     

  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
     

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Requirements
 

  • Experience: 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role, building and scaling complex software platforms. Need experience building and operating production quality cloud native applications

  • Proficiency in Key Technologies: Deep expertise in Python and C# with a strong background in building distributed systems and software architecture.

     

  • AI & NLP Expertise: Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs) and language processing technologies.

     

  • Voice Technologies: Familiarity with TTS platforms and voice-driven AI systems is highly desirable.

     

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to create innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

     

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

     

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Experience with automotive retail systems or voice-activated technology.
     

  • Familiarity with software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
     

  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio showcasing your technical expertise.
