The Opportunity
 

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our expanding software and technology development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), and text-to-speech (TTS) platforms. This role involves leadership responsibilities, including guiding the architectural design and mentoring other engineers.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex AI-driven software solutions using Python and C#.
     

  • Architect and implement scalable systems to enhance our voice-driven AI technology platform.
     

  • Drive the integration of LLMs, and TTS technologies to improve product performance and user experience.
     

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to software engineers and senior engineers.
     

  • Participate in high-level architectural discussions and define the technology roadmap.
     

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and development strategy.
     

  • Remain up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and trends, integrating them into our platform as needed.

Staff Software Engineer

Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
     

  • Deep experience in cloud native software development on major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
     

  • Proven track record in production quality development in C, C++, or  C#
     

  • Clear and demonstrable understanding of computer science fundamentals, object oriented software development and best-practice architectural patterns
     

  • Strong expertise in LLMs and related AI technologies.
     

  • Experience with TTS platforms is highly preferred.
     

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineers effectively.
     

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and architectural design skills.
     

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements
 

  • Experience: 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role, building and scaling complex software platforms. Need experience building and operating production quality cloud native applications

  • Proficiency in Key Technologies: Deep expertise in Python and C# with a strong background in building distributed systems and software architecture.

     

  • AI & NLP Expertise: Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs) and language processing technologies.

     

  • Voice Technologies: Familiarity with TTS platforms and voice-driven AI systems is highly desirable.

     

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to create innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

     

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

     

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
