STELLA™ Automotive AI Joins Leading Automotive Standards Association, STAR

MCLEAN, VA., September 8, 2022 -- The Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail (STAR), automotive’s leading IT standards organization, announced today the addition of STELLA Automotive AI to its association membership.

STELLA Automotive AI was founded by Josselyn Boudett, CEO and Chairman of Telepathy Labs, as a way to bring conversational AI technology into retail automotive. Launched at NADA 2022, STELLA AI has expanded rapidly due to increased dealer demand. STELLA AI is currently focused on supporting phone calls and appointment setting in the dealership’s BDC and service departments.
