How does Stella Automotive AI protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer data encryption and access control safeguards, secured data and all physical access to personal information.
How does Stella Automotive AI collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, during the process of using our AI based digital assistants, for example:
- When you call Stella to book or change an appointment with one of our customers, using the Stella platform.
- When the information is provided by our Automotive customers and partners during the process of provided Stella services to our customers
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only
- Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
- Affiliates from using your information to market to you n sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
- State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Stella Automotive AI will be unable to provide our normal service offerings to any of our customers with whom you interact with.
